Where do I start? Yael is just incredible, if it wasn't for her I am no sure that we would have sold our first house and now be where we are...living in our dream home!!! Don't be fooled, the process of building a custom home was not easy, but Yael was with us in every meeting from beginning to end, making the process easier for us. Where can I even start!? If I could put 10 stars I would Ms! Ms. Rodriguez has been nothing but amazing from the beginning of our journey all the way to closing day today! We reached out to Yael about 2 years ago and she welcomed us to the house buying process with open arms. We are first time home buyers so we knew very little going into the process and the market. Yael guided us throughout the way and kept our best interest as her utmost priority for the past 2 years. She was always available and always tried her hardest to work around our schedule. She even worked with us on Sundays which we really appreciated. She was always honest and genuine with any questions we had and with any information she gave us and we are forever grateful for that. We understand the real estate market is a business but Ms. Yael was different. She was always very professional and always put us first and never tried to put us in the wrong path just to make some extra cash and thats something to be grateful for! I was referred to Mrs. Rodriguez by a co-worker and he said she was always on top of her work and made sure the negations were done correctly. My wife and I decided to give it a try since we were first time buyers, and we were nervous at first but Mrs. Rodriguez put us at ease. The process was simple and easy for us without having to struggle a lot. My wife and I did our VA loan and the process was smooth with outstanding results for us and she helped us fine our forever home within our budget. She was extremely helpful every step of the way and always answered our calls and texts immediately. Yael is simply the best!!! We had already tried to sell our house with another realtor and it just didn't work, but with her everything went very smoothly, she was there for us throughout the whole process, she was always available for every question that me or my husband would have, and we had a lot! She was very understanding and tried to calm our nerves when things seem to be complicated, she assured us that everything was part of the process and at the end of course she was right! Yael is simply the best!!! She was very patient, understanding, knowledgeable and caring. Another great thing we liked about her was her pro-activeness - we were typical paranoid first time homebuyers and had many doubts/questions at every weird hour of the day; she would respond to our questions/emails promptly. We had questions/concerns almost on a daily basis (some meaningful and a few silly questions) and she patiently answered each of those - in most cases she went one step further to provide additional context for us to understand things better. This made our transaction very smooth! Overall, Yael was very transparent, honest and easy to work with! The home purchase experience seemed much easier with Yael by our side.
